The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the production floor, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are met. This role involves supervising production staff, managing workflow, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize efficiency and output.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff; enforce company policies and discipline procedures as necessary.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adequate inventory of raw materials and supplies needed for production.
• Participate in shift meetings and communicate performance metrics to staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
