Position: Accessories Manager

Department: Sales / After-Sales
Location: Hyundai Dealership

Role Objective:

To drive accessory sales, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and contribute to dealership profitability through effective promotion and management of Hyundai genuine accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Target Achievement

    • Achieve monthly and annual accessory sales targets.

    • Upsell and cross-sell accessories during new vehicle delivery and service visits.

  2. Customer Handling

    • Educate customers on the benefits of Hyundai genuine accessories.

    • Provide product demonstrations and ensure superior customer service.

  3. Inventory Management

    • Maintain optimum stock levels of fast-moving accessories.

    • Coordinate with Parts/Procurement team for timely replenishment.

    • Monitor slow-moving stock and plan liquidation.

  4. Team Coordination

    • Work closely with the sales team to bundle accessories with vehicle sales.

    • Support service advisors in promoting accessories during workshop visits.

    • Train sales and service staff on accessory features and benefits.

  5. Marketing & Promotion

    • Plan and execute accessory promotions and offers.

    • Ensure attractive accessory display in the showroom.

    • Conduct seasonal campaigns to boost sales.

  6. Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

    • Track customer preferences and market trends.

    • Share inputs with management for strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing/Automobile).

  • 0–5 years’ experience in automobile sales/service (accessories preferred).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of Hyundai genuine accessories will be an advantage.

  • Ability to manage inventory and work in a target-driven environment.
