• Job Title: Sales & Service Executive
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Pay: ₹13,000/ month to ₹16,000/month (₹1,56,000 to ₹1,92,000 per year) + incentives

Work Location: Bhubaneswar Office (Patia – Infocity)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, WhatsApp, email, or chat.
• Explain services, identify customer needs, and guide them through documentation requirements.
• Convert leads into successful cases and achieve sales targets.
• Upsell relevant add-ons and maintain a high customer satisfaction ratio.
• Update internal CRM databases with case details, follow-ups, and resolutions.
• Monitor and address customer feedback, complaints, or escalations.
• Coordinate with doctors, operations, and QA teams for smooth case closures.
• Share customer insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience as a Customer Service, Sales, or similar CS role is a plus (freshers may also apply).
• Familiarity with the health/medical industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking ability – able to handle calls, chats, and documentation smoothly.
• Patience and professionalism when handling tough cases.
• Working laptop and strong tech skills (CRM, WhatsApp Web, email).
• Able to communicate seamlessly in English and Hindi.
• Professional behaviour, punctuality, and discipline in an office environment.
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
