Ø  Candidate Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment Life Cycle

Ø  Interact with the client to understand their requirements more specifically.

 

Ø  Sourcing, screening, short-listing & arranging interviews through various portal,referrals, Internet & database searches, job postings.

Ø  Understanding the Client's requirement with regards to skills, position, experience, location, roles & responsibilities.

Ø  Conducting preliminary telephonic discussion with the candidate to check his interest and availability, reasons for change, proficiency in the required technical skills, communication skills etc.

Ø  Follow up with the candidate post interviews and updating them about his status.

Ø  Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site

Ø  Capacity to understand the business objective.
