About the Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you are the face of RIXON Cement for dealers and field teams across Odisha. Your job is to convert RIXON’s product strength and quality promise into market share, strong dealer relationships and consistent volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly and annual sales and collection targets for RIXON across assigned zones while protecting brand margins.
- Recruit, train and mentor Territory Sales Officers so they present RIXON as a high‑value, dependable brand in every interaction with dealers, engineers and contractors.
- Strategically appoint RIXON dealers/sub‑dealers in each focus district, ensuring they match the brand’s service, infrastructure and financial standards.
- Implement and monitor trade schemes, loyalty programs and branding initiatives that reinforce RIXON’s professional and premium image.
- Maintain close relationships with top dealers and project influencers, resolving issues quickly and showcasing RIXON’s commitment to long-term partnerships.
- Analyse competitor pricing, schemes and presence; recommend tactical plans that keep RIXON competitive without diluting its value positioning.
- Submit structured sales, collection and market intelligence reports to the Business Head, enabling data-driven brand and distribution decisions.
Requirements
- Graduate; MBA desirable.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in cement/building materials with proven performance in dealer-led business.
- Strong dealer handling, negotiation and team leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and align field teams around RIXON’s brand values and service standards.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground problem solving.
