About the Role
TSOs are RIXON’s brand ambassadors in the market. Every visit to a dealer, mason or site is an opportunity to demonstrate RIXON’s strength: consistent quality, reliable supply and professional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales and collection targets while maintaining healthy product mix of RIXON grades (e.g., OPC 53, other variants as applicable).
- Open and develop RIXON dealers and sub‑dealers, ensuring they understand and promote RIXON’s brand story, product strengths and correct application.
- Conduct daily market visits to cover dealers, retailers and project sites; present RIXON as a trustworthy, quality‑focused cement that reduces site issues and callbacks.
- Execute RIXON trade schemes, communicate offers clearly and help dealers maximize benefits without compromising brand integrity.
- Organize and support mason/contractor meets where RIXON’s technical and performance benefits are communicated in simple, practical language.
- Provide prompt service on grievances (delivery delays, quality doubts, billing issues) to show RIXON is a responsive and reliable brand partner.
- Submit timely daily/weekly reports capturing orders, outstanding, competition activity and key field insights.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of field sales experience in cement/building materials/TMT/steel/FMCG.
- Strong local market knowledge, relationship skills and passion for field work.
- Two-wheeler with valid licence, willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to communicate RIXON’s value proposition convincingly to dealers and influencers.
