About the Role
For a cement brand, supply reliability is part of brand value. This role ensures every RIXON bag is stored, handled and delivered in a way that reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all inward and outward movement of RIXON Cement at the warehouse with accurate documentation and timely system updates.​
• Maintain stock accuracy and daily stock reports, minimising shortages, damages and pilferage to protect RIXON’s financial and quality reputation.
• Plan dispatches based on sales orders and priorities, ensuring dealers receive RIXON loads on time and in good condition.​
• Ensure proper stacking, ventilation and moisture protection so that every RIXON bag delivered to market is in good acceptable condition.
• Implement and monitor safety, housekeeping and compliance standards in the godown, projecting RIXON as a disciplined and professional brand.
• Coordinate with transporters, sales team and accounts for smooth end-to-end dispatch operation.

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in logistics or related field.​
• 3–7 years of warehouse/dispatch experience, preferably in cement/steel/building materials.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, documentation and basic Excel/ERP.
• Ability to manage labour and maintain discipline in a busy warehouse environment.
