About the Role
This role ensures that every RIXON shipment is professionally documented, tracked and communicated, reinforcing the brand’s promise of reliable and transparent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate invoices, LRs, e‑way bills and dispatch documents for all RIXON Cement loads.​
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle placement and ensure timely dispatch as per schedule.
• Track vehicle movement and proactively update dealers and sales team on expected delivery times.
• Collect PODs and maintain dispatch records, helping RIXON maintain a transparent and reliable supply image.
• Support optimization of loads to reduce freight per bag without compromising delivery commitments.

Requirements

• Graduate with 1–4 years’ experience in logistics/dispatch operations.​
• Familiarity with e‑way bill systems, transport documentation and basic GST understanding.
• Strong coordination skills, attention to detail and comfort with MS Excel.
