POST - Principal

Qualification

Essential

At least 2nd class Master's Degree (54% Marks and above considered as equivalent) from a recognized University.

Desirable 

At least 1st class Master's Degree (60% Marks and above considered as equivalent) from a recognized University.

Minimum

At least 10 years experience in educational institutions including at least 8 years teaching experience in a reputed school/ Senior Secondary or Higher levels in recognised Institutions and minimum 3 years experience in educational administration will be defined as under. As Principal /Headmaster of a High School/Higher Secondary School/Inter College/Degree College.

Desirable 

3 years experience as post graduate teacher/lecturer in an inter college/Degree College or equivalent.

Essential

A degree or post graduate Degree/Diploma in teaching/Education (B.Ed) with higher qualification i.e. Ph.D, Post Doctoral shall be preferred.

Desirable 

Working Knowledge in Odia & English.

Scale of Pay

Initial Scale of pay as per 7th CPC-₹78,800/- in level 12 with usual D.A. & other benefits as applicable from time to time as per Vidya Mandir Rules.

Age-35-50 years as on publication of Advertisement. (The upper age limit may be relaxed in exceptionally

deserving case)
