Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their career goals, strengths, and challenges.
Provide guidance on course selection, study plans, and career pathways based on individual needs and interests.
Maintain updated records in CRM system.
Prepare reports and documentation as required by the institute.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any subject.
Proven experience in academic counseling, preferably in an educational or coaching environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Knowledge of academic programs, career pathways, and educational resources
