In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring top-notch patient services and support. Your responsibilities include providing patient counseling and education, responding to patient queries, and ensuring proper documentation for corporate patients. You'll also be responsible for financial counseling, guiding patients to relevant departments, and monitoring the quality of care services. Additionally, you'll handle admission intimation, supervise new staff, and maintain daily MIS reports

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide patient counseling and education.

Respond to patient queries.

Ensure proper documentation for corporate patients.

Inform patients about corporate policies and protocols

Conduct financial counseling for cash patients

Guide patients to relevant departments.

Conduct follow-up calls and recovery

Monitor the quality of patient care services

Supervise and guide new starf

Maintain daily MIS reports

Handle other additional responsibilities assigned by the departmental HOD.
