CareerOdisha started with a simple observation: job seekers in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Rourkela, Puri and the rest of Odisha were stuck scrolling through listings for cities they'd never move to. Employers, meanwhile, struggled to find genuinely local candidates on portals crowded with irrelevant applications.
So we built a portal focused only on Odisha — every job, every filter, every district, right here. It's completely free for both candidates and employers, and every employer account is reviewed before their jobs go live, keeping the platform free of spam.
